Return Policy

Return Policy:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at inventory@messengersgifts.com.
All Damaged/ Defective items must be noted to us within 3 business days of delivery to you.
All returns are eligible for store credit only.
Store credit will be issued via email with an applicable gift card code within 1-2 business days of receiving your return to us.
All clothing is online only, returns may be made in store but due to apparel being housed at our warehouse only, no exchanges allowed. You will be issued a store credit gift card code to repurchase your piece of choice at your leisure.
Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
